I hate to say this, but you have to wait. As of now there are only a few prototypes and the Tesla Roadster with the performance you are requesting. Nothing less than 50,000 dollars available unless it is a like the ZENN NEV. There will be some good motorway car in late 2009 both Miles and ZENN.
