Hybrid Car Technology
What is your opinion on the future car technology? (E85/Flex fuel, hybrid, fuel efficient)?
I drive a 2002 Chevy Tracker 4×4 and so the gas mileage is not very good. I'm 22 and thinking about which car to buy about 5-6 years from now. I know that the technology could be very different then, but after watching shows like last days on Earth or uncomfortable truth, I wonder whether it is better buy the cheaper edition of reference for a car with greater fuel efficiency instead of the nicer car loaded with fuel efficiency. E85 seems to be better hybrids because the hybrid batteries can die. What is your opinion? He has his point of view of the cars changed over the past two years due to carbon emissions and climate change?
I keep a close eye on the Honda, when I lived in Detroit, back in the 80's-90's Honda addressed the application of hybrid cars on the market without success (the consumers would have none of it). Since then, market, technology and human factor has changed allowing them to return to old levels.
