Hybrid Car Hov Lane

are hybrids worth it?

ok so im getting a car and Thot I would have a hyrbid because it would save money on gas and I would carpool (HOV) lanes on the highway … But I was looking for money as I could get a car that I like and am really wondering if its worth getting hybrid fault as I really like instead of the normal car that I like (this would be the Honda Civic Hybrid or Nissan Altima Hybrid vs. Acura TSX)
