How can I find a 1993 Mercedes E-Class 300?
I live in the Chicago area and a Yahoo Answers Responder praised the value of its MB Coupe bought 2 years ago … "I bought a 300CE Coupe with 81K original miles for $ 7900 two years ago, changing the oil, gas and put in it, that's all. It's even faster than my 911 in the upper end (911 is extended to about 145MPH, while the effort Benz 151-152MPH cruise )"….. I've been reading reviews of this car and it seems an incredible journey and courage … but can not seem to find one of these "pearls" anywhere … are their clubs MB, MB forums or networks where I can find a 1-owner 1993 Mercedes E-Class 300? And if that is not hard enough … all the clues on how I can locate the convertible or convertible the model for the same year?
Hello 300CE coupe and convertible are somewhat rare and no doubt sought. They are magnificent. A PERFECT 91'coupe on the right eBay's Item # 300,111,510,935. It is the lowest mileage of its probability to find. (no affiliation). I know the car very well for my job and am also a chance Porsche 911 owner (mine is 1983). That said, take it from someone with experience and without ego that there is absolutely no way a 300CE gets anywhere near 150 mph, well my 911 caps out at a limited 130 + arts. I have a 1994 E320 that has more power than a 300CE. My email is 100% solid, even with uprated Bilstein shocks and I could not say that I feel comfortable driving my 911 even maximum speed of 130, but could get there (I've never tried), but is very solid at a speed not only excessive speed has been cited.
