Electric Car Driver / battery of questions!?
So if you buy a controller for an electric car now, is there a model that will be able to handle the higher voltage outputs for future advances in battery? In other words, if I start with a series of lead-acid batteries and want to switch to lithium ion, or so the driver will still be able to communicate with the engine properly and not fry? Also, does this apply to the line Zap electric vehicles, namely the zaptruck? Thank you!
