New exhaust?

A new exhaust which normally give off a smell when the vehicle is in operation? If so, how long is needed to work turns itself off? (Well, at least I'm operating on the premise that an electric heater, usually emits a burning smell because the elements are working on themselves or what they do). Lemmi not anyway. Only I could smell the aroma of my car after the catalytic converter and mid Articles were replaced today. Thanks for the advice.

The cat smells like rotten eggs and a new exhaust pipe to burn the paint will smell a bit chemically morning for a while. both are normal so do not worry.
