disability pension verses workers comp check?

I get 70% of my gross paycheck of work, including a pair of hours in time. My lawyer receives 25% of my worker comp check, which leaves me about $ 236.00.It has controls only 3 weeks to pay the house of our note. The last check concerns the water bill, phone bill, gas bill, electricity bill, 1 payment by credit card, auto insurance, gasoline and maintenance of our vehicle, and the cost of food. If I were to receive a disability check, would it be more, less or the same? thanks
