I have a Ingersoll Rand Club Car electric golf cart. How can I make it go faster without buying anything?

I recently purchased brand new batteries so it lasts longer, but I want to go faster. I heard about something called the governor. If anyone knows what to do and how do let me know.

if you can find the governor all you have to do is break, but I'm sure they have one for the electric you have to discovered, but if you find you have to bend the bar back and then make it hold in that position .. there is no other way, but I'm not sure how, but everyone I know which needs a key and you have to loosen something
