Electric Car Conversions Companies

Ways to improve fuel economy in today's cars? Hybrid / electric conversion?
Ok so here is the deal … I'm trying to develop a business plan for a class for a company that could increase the current MPG, used on the road, cars … My first idea is trying to find a method of converting gasoline to a gasoline powered car hybrid electric / … Would there be any near where the actual cost? How much time before we have the technology to do? What forms of converting vehicles to run on electric power or interchangeable battery packs or things like that? I know its possible, but any normal person is not treated the environment ever do? I want to reach an impressive business plan that will blow minds people … I think a hybrid conversion would be amazing, but is there any chance you could make it happen? Even if it is not entirely profitable, is it feasible? Would it be helpful to the economies of scale, ie the most conversions are made become the cheapest?
Yes, Here is how. The key is to create hybrids of series or parallel hybrids on sale now. A series hybrid is an electric car with a gas generator it simply charges the batteries. Series hybrid gas mileage get better and are much simpler mechanically (only one transmission instead two.) The added advantage is the possibility of plugging the car and drive into the electricity grid as well (for about a penny per mile.) * The first thing to do is look existing electric vehicles conversion companies. Gas vehicle conversion to electricity costs about $ 5,000 to $ 10,000 (using old technology – new conversions of more expensive high-tech.) Some useful links on this page: * * Any http://www.squidoo.com/cheap-electric-car/ of these electric cars can be a hybrid with the addition of a gasoline generator. Even a generator of $ 1000 from your local Home Depot will work. I drive an EV, and bring a small generator for such emergencies. * You may also want to look at the new batteries that are maturing this year. First Altairnano batteries are. These are the best lithium batteries that are safer, faster loading and more lasting. Here is information about them: * * The http://www.cosmosmagazine.com/node/957 used Altairnanos in Phoenix next electric car. This car gets up to 250 miles per charge, can recharge in Just ten minutes and can carry 5 passengers and cargo to 95 mph. The batteries are good for more than 200,000 miles. Information here: * * Also http://phoenixmotorcars.com/models/fleet.html Interestingly supercapacitor technology. Supercapacitors are better than batteries that never run out, and can be loaded in seconds. EEStor is a company to watch. I here is some information: * # * Then there http://imdb.com/title/tt0489037/board/thread/64444673?d=latest&t=20070119204822 Finally, the Chinese focus on reducing the cost of Li-ion. These batteries are better and much cheaper (1/10th the cost) than lithium batteries most of the others: * * And http://www.everspring.net/product-battery.htm Last, take a look at Firefly batteries. This company has improved over the 100 years of lead-acid battery that is much lighter and more powerful. These batteries are also expected to be much less expensive than the competition: * http://www.fireflyenergy.com/ffy.html best of luck! ———————
